Duties

Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu selection, and delivery logistics

Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences an be very organized

Collaborate with the culinary/ownership team to create customized menus based on client requirements

Manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of food and beverages- Banquet event order
-
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate records of event details, including client information, menu selections, and special dietary requirements
-
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
/hospitality, focusedmanagement operations, day-to-day shift, leader, ship, scheduling, organizing, working with leadership team daily
-assisting the entertainment manager on events and collaborating ideas
-Training and development of staff members
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Strong and confident guest services and leadership

Experience in hospitality management & a passion for the industry

Familiarity with toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software

Understanding of food safety guidelines and best practices

Previous experience as an assistant manager or in restaurant management is preferred

Elevated Culinary presentation focused

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
